Urban Cultivation of Oyster Mushroom

When making coffee, only 0,2% of the nutritional value from the grounded coffee is transferred to the delicious liquid. Nevertheless, coffee-grounds are still treated as a waste product. Beyond Coffee collects coffee-grounds from local cafés in Copenhagen and use it to grow edible Oyster Mushrooms. To grow efficiently, these mushrooms need the right environmental conditions.
